Teamspeak 3 overlay plugin not working w. EAC.

Using Teamspeak 3, Client version 3.0.0-rc1 [Build: 14345] on Windows.

Enabled plugin in TS3: 'DirectX overlay plugin v.3.0.11'
Description of the plugin:
Teamspeak 3 Overlay plugin for D3D8, D3D9, D3D10, D3D11 or OpenGL applications.
Copyright (c) 2011 Rohrbacher Development

Please check for further details.

The plugin works fine without EAC on server.
