I really like the techmarine unit as the squad reminds me of the unit in ben counter grey knights where they found themselves on a world of titans. Being able to gain special rules
I have no idea when GW is going to release the new book (some rumors talk about a new Inquisition codex, with all the options, just like the demons codex or the chaos codex)

The main focus of this list: firepower. Lots and lots and lots and lots of firepower.
First thing I will admit is anything at AV13 will be annoying (rending psycannons needed!) but against anything else this army will be pumping out over 100 Str 5
