Peace's Guide to effective Team Building Pt.1

I've decided to write a team building article to help those struggling to build an effective team. This can be for many reasons but in the end usually boils down to 1 problem, lack of experience. You may not build a great team at first, but once you use it for a while, learn its strengths and weaknesses, you can improve your team and patch up the problems it may have. So with that said, let's get started
