Enchanting Bug with Mob Arena

I noticed that if you have an enchanted item in your inventory and you join the mob arena and come back the item is not enchanted anymore. I lost like 30 XP Lvls because all my tools and armor were enchanted. Please try the best you can to fix that

Is it possible to create a lvl1 char just for the purpose of disenchanting your gear ? I remember that you need a enchanting skill level to disenchant now, but do you need a minimum class level to get enchanting to lvl 450 ?
