Speakers/Headphones output with HDMI Sound.
Hey guys,
Got a little problem here. I run my computer to my monitor through a simple HDMI cord, however, it seems that becasue of this, I am unable to hook up any kind of computer speakers or headphones through my monitors output sound plug successfully. What it does is simply keep using the monitors crappy little speaker instead. Any idea of what i could do to fix this or what the problem is, short of just ditching my HDMI c

Just toying with the idea. Do you think I would look like a total !@#$? I know it would drive my wife crazy so I'm thinking it might actually work lol
So what could cause it? I know it's not the speakers themselves 'cause they work for me but not in another comp.
Could the computer fuck the speakers up somehow? Or could the plug ins in the house be so sucky or something?
I was wondering if anyone had problems with the demo and the sound during the game. Sounds works fine throughout the demo until you start a game. I am using HDMI cable as the connection to the TV from the PS3 and sure hope that this issue does not happen

Hey guys,
I had a set of Sennheiser HD202 headphones only a few hours ago before the left side started cutting out and eventually stopped completely, no matter how much I move the wire round.
So I'm thinking I'll have a crack at trying to fix it up
