The turret song at the end of the game is actually italian, and the translated words have explained so much about the games' story lines.

Caroline is Chell's mother. Cave is not the father. Cave was significantly older than Caroline (who was his secratary), and he died around 1980 or so. Cave and Caroline couldn't have been both the parents, or why would Chell be mixed?
