Please Rate my future HG/SS in-game team

Any Changes of moves or pokes will be appreciated as long as it my in-game team better. P.S any pokemon changes you suggest most be from the 1st or 2nd generation because i dont want to go into 3rd & 4th gen. until the national dex is unlocked or something.
