Today in my English class, we went over the Rules of Courtly Love. For those who don't know what it is, they're a bunch of rules governing love, by Eleanor of Aquitane as a sort of guideline for men. Now when I first heard of these I wanted to bash this Eleanor in the face with a shovel for being stupid enough to think that you could put rules on love.
