Best way to farm Timeworn Charms?

Since I'm looking for a +7 evasion, 2 slot talisman, which only comes off the Timeworn Charm, I want to get the most timeworn charms possible..

Last time I tried getting timeworn charms, I soloed the roll the uroktor high rank quest, without doing the powderstond sub. From the mining I gained 1 timeworn charm, and the quest rewards gave me another one.
