What quest should I use for farming Rathalos Plates/Rathian Rubies? :{

I need 1 plate for a Corona and 1 Rathian Ruby to upgrade it. Luckily in the last high rank Los quest I did I got a cLos Ruby from a shiny drop. But now I need Los Plates and Ian Rubies. Halp.
