How do I find the Address of Landlords? (Business or Personal)

I need to serve notice to my landlord, since I haven't received any money after I was forced to move out due to a fire that was started by two occupants a floor above me. Residential Tenancies didn't help me at all.

Isn't there some government agency that provides this info, considering that it was classified as a rental unit? It's frustrating because the landlord still refuses to pay anyone, even though
