I'm having trouble connecting to wifi with on my DS. I made a request at Sol's Sav Shop, so I need to be able to trade!

When I go to the GTS and try to connect, the sign on the top-right corner of the screen shows no connect at all.
Why doesn't it connect? I'm not banned on the GTS; there are no hacked pokemon on the game card that I need to connect with.

Can anyone help me with this?
