ID is already logged in.

Hi ive played idyllicstory 4 a while now and when i tried to logg on today so stand it ID is already logged on or the server is under inspection.Ive read at others posts and theyve got the same answer that u need 2 unstuck and i cant do it cuz the link does are to a guide in how to unstuck.But that guild is 4 the old page how can i unstuck in the new page everything i see when i go to control panel is members plz help me.
