This message appears when i enter in ANY server of Counter-Strike. I try a lot of things but nothing fix the problem. Fake client. Connection was in idle state for 8 seconds.

I cannot seem to extract the patches to the right place and when I am inside the game I cannot buy certain items and go into certain maps of the game I have downloaded patch v33 and patch v9 and when I extract them to my program files and start the game
