So there's this theory about the blue haired guy (Aogami Pierce) who Touma hangs around with is actually a Level 5 Esper or another Magician (Most likely level 5 Esper though because Espers can't use magic without taking damage, even Level 0's as they still have an Esper power, just it is either completely useless, not useable or etc)
Something about him being the only person in the manga/anime who has yet to have his level actually said, the fa

Apparantly Funimation will be making english versions of To Aru Majutsu No Index and To Aru Kagaku No Railgun that will be aired in 2011. Lets hope it doesn't fail horribly.

ANYWAY, I just finished this series. It was pretty awesome overall. Certain arcs were most interesting than others.
