Game Center Co-Op Space Shooter
I just downloaded it and haven't had a chance to try it out but its gotten positive reviews so far. Gameloft, maker of quality titles like Modern Combat and Dungeon Hunter, has released an iOS co-op game that uses Game Center (or Gameloft Live) for players to team up easily and fly combat missions together. No PvP at this time.
It's pricey at $6.99 but looks like it can be a lot of fun:
