SCANDAL won over GIRLS GENERATION!!!
This is an old news actually, Channel[V] hold a contest last year (and ended on September) which title was "Battle of the Pop (Japan vs. Korea)" It's basically Jpop vs. Kpop, the rule was simply to predict the artists who will make it to different rounds. You will pick your bet in the artists gallery and continue voting for them until that round officially closes.
