Busch Heavy's Road to MAXED Pure!

Ok so I have had A LOT of accounts over my runescape career. Maxed main, Maxed zerker pure, but never a maxed 1 defence. So my goal for now is to max out the pure I currently have. So here's the plan,

Attack: I will be keeping my attack at 60.

Strength: 83/99, will be soulwarsing this, only after I get 99 magic and range though.

HP: 76/99, Will more than Soulwarsing this after 99 strength.
