BF3 Rubber banding

I have just ticketed hypernia about rubber banding:

Please help asap, I have been away for 2 days and users have flooded our forums with rubber banding issues while in game, on our BF2 server in Sydney. It seems users play for about 30 secs then teleport back 2 to 5 metres, soemtimes pauseing. Users have given up with us already and say game arena servers are so much better. Can you quickly fix this? I would hate to see both of us lo

Has anyone found the yellow rubber ducky in Crackdown? I found it last night (I will try to post pics). I lol'ed when I seen it. I'm just curious if anyone else has spotted it.
