I was googling it, and numerous pages indicated that was available in the "Troublesome Pair" elder quest as a reward, others stated that it was a reward for capturing a low-rank Rathalos with 8% rate of appearing, but the MH wiki says that i'ts an high-rank item wich makes no sence for a low-rank armor.
Any sugestions on where to find it? I tried capturing 7 allready but i'm out of luck.

Im having trouble completing my Full Rathalos Armour because i havent been able to get either the wing or webbing.

Just wondering whether the carves page on the wiki is correct. It says that at low rank on MHFU there is a 24% chance to get Rathalos Webbing.
I've killed the Rathalos 9 times now and I haven't even found 1 >_< and it's really starting to annoy
