Picked this one up yesterday at a local base. It is a Blackhawk Enhanced Commando Recon Harness that has been turned into a TAP (Tactical Assault Panel). I do have the harness straps for it, but will leave it in this configuration for now.

Does anyone have a timeline on when the different versions of USGI MOLLE frames and rucks came out? AFAIK, there is Gen I (black, for the MOLLE LBV with integral waist belt), GEN II (black), GEN III (black), and GEN IV (tan or foliage) frames.
