AStan Made Patch Help with Identification Please

Here is one that I am stuck on. Came from a a really good source of SOF insignia made in Afghanistan. Have had this for probably six months and with no luck in determining who may have worn it. Nothing really fancy, a rather typical Nous Defions symbol. The only unusual piece is what looks to be an inverted "V" on the skull. A recent pick-up that to me has a "SOF feel" to it with the arrowhead and sword at the center. Task Force at the top and Centuriones at the bottom. Also note the arrowhead is in the Afghan colors and the XLI Roman numerals for 41 on the sword.
