picked this up, no plates, but from a local gear seller at the local gun show; it was cheap enough to warrant picking it up.. all I can find online is that this is the I/O vest before Blackwater Gear got bought by a company who put the gear under Uncle

This is a well made plate carrier I found in a junk box. To me, it looks Afghan made, but am not 100% sure. any thoughts? This one has definitely been used.
