Night camo?

We all know that this camo was developed before Desert Storm, it was intended to be invisible from enemy's Gen 1 night vision. It was issued to US troops during Desert Storm and proved to be useless.

But I've seen few photos of SF operators wearing night camo parkas. A question, were the revisable DCU/night parka jackets and pants ever used in early OEF/OIF too?
