I'm not going to write out a bullet-point list for why it's a good show. It's made by Lauren Faust (look her up on wikipedia) and it's got a huge net following. It's a good show.

Watch at least 20 minutes of the first episode before you judge. DON'T SKIP ANYTHING. Don't make ANY judgements before the 20 minute mark. Just watch.
