How To Port Forward for PHASE SHIFT

Ok I only know how to do this with LINKSYS routers, you can try to do this but idk if itll work.
Start off my opening Command Prompt (search for cmd.exe)
type in: ipconfig
hit enter.

Find the two IP addresses that start with 192.168.1
There should be 2, one with 2 ones and another with a different number.

Now go and open a tab on your browser and type in w/o quotes "192.168.1.1"
