Can't connect to game; closes itself after character selection

can`t go to character selection screen :(

help me pls i couldn`t go to char selection screen I can log in but when i go to the server selection screen and i click next it says Disconnected From Server Can`t connect to the game. Please check network pls help me I miss my char.....
