"Connecting. Please Wait"
When I log in, it brings me to the "Select Server" page. But when I select a server, it stays at "Connecting. Please Wait." and doesn't move any further. Is there a way to resolve this?

i cant connect to the game anymore

Connecting problem
Everytime I started Neuz.exe I can get to the LogIn server and enter my name and password. Then choose a channel and a character. But when clicking on the button connect there is always a failure and the InfoBox says everytime the following sentences:
