Dragon's Nest: Geitz's Application

Blue screen
Everytime when im changning winndows account form my with DN to my borther he have always blue screen it has started after I installed DN.Can somone help me how to fix it ?Or i should stop playing Dn and uinstall it ?

My problem with dragon nest lag.
It happens around 10seconds in. Where my attacks just stop landing on him and he just stands up and walks away.
