100% enhancement success
umm well before the server wipe, doesnt really matter now but i was making my lvl 110 xbow +9 and i got to +8 then it broke..... it said tis 100% enhancement rate for all tiers. i hope this was jsut me and if not that its fixed before servers go back up.
